2007 Honda S2000 Base

Up for sale is an adult owned, two owner, well maintained 2007 Honda S2000 with just under 75k miles. This car has been nothing short of amazing to own and drive but as my lifestyle has changed, I just don’t get out to drive it enough. I never used this car for commuting or anything other than weeke … nd drives in the mountains. Upon purchase of the car in late 2014 through about 2020 I was meticulous and performed almost all the basic maintenance on the car that I felt comfortable doing. This consisted of oil changes twice a year, transmission oil changes once a year, Diff oil changes every other year, brake fluid/clutch fluid flushes and changing the brake pads. In 2017 I took the car to a well known S2000 and NSX mechanic in the Portland area, Paul Nix, to get a valve adjustment. Paul used the Billman specs and gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and a clean bill of health.
In 2020 as I stopped driving the car as much, I started taking it into a local Japanese mechanic or the local Dealership where I knew someone to get some of the maintenance done. The major item that would need to be addressed upon purchase are getting new tires, current tires are Michelin Pilot Super Sports, but they have a 2016 date code and should be updated to new rubber before any spirited driving. The only performance modifications on the car are a K&N Intake and Magnaflow exhaust, both of which were installed by the prior owner. I do not have the original intake or exhaust. The exhaust is mellow and provides a nice low-end sound without sounding tinny at high RPMs. As far as I know this car has not been in any reported accidents and has a clean title. I purchased it from a dealer so I don’t know anything about its prior owner or history other than what I can get from CarFax. There are no rips or tears in the soft top, the driver’s seat has some bolster wear but no rips or major issues with the leather. I purchased S2000 floor mats, custom made HeatShield window shades for front and side windows, and the prior owner installed an aftermarket stereo which is not integrated with the steering column controls. Mechanically this car is in great shape and just passed DEQ on 11-3-23. The exterior of the car is not perfect and makes for an excellent opportunity to own a driver level car that you’re not constantly worrying about keeping perfect. The front bumper has some lower end rash from bumping into parking curbs, some small dings on the facia of the front bumper, clear coat loss on the side view mirrors, wonkiness with the clear coat by the base of the driver’s side mirror, and a couple of minor scratches and scuffs that I have attempted to document in the pictures.
