For sale is a 2005 Toyota Prius with 176,800 miles. This has been a reliable daily driver for me, never had any issues with it for the 2.5 years or ownership, outside of scheduled maintenance. I've done a healthy amount of work in the past 2k miles to keep it in good shape.
Only selling because I'm moving long distance. The following components are new:
•Water pump •Control arms / ball joints •Axle bushings •Engine coolant flushed/replaced •Hybrid battery coolant flushed/replaced •Brake fluid flushed/replaced •Spark plugs •Air filter •Cabin filter •Alignment •2 new tires (Michelin Defender)
As well as an oil change in the last 200 miles.
Some minor concerns to be thorough: •Missing rear headrests and spare tire (purchased this way) •Had evaporative emissions CEL come on for a couple of weeks in the past year and then disappear •Backup key only works manually, but primary key works fine for keyless entry and touchless start •Some dings, chips, and scratches, nothing particularly extreme for its age. The worst areas are shown in close-up pics •Hybrid battery is aging, 35-40mpg city, low 40s mpg highway. Still good, but not at the level of what it was brand new. •Cargo cover no longer retracts
Water spots in pictures are just due to it not being washed, but will have that done prior to sale.
